Parked at the hydrant. The officer jumped into the car, then noticed me taking a picture and began to hassle me.

He jumped back in the vehicle and sped off. Cops are always trying to put you on the defense by asking silly questions. He knew what I was doing. It was too obvious. Maybe he really thought I needed a permit to take a photo of nightrider here.
